Packaging

To ensure you’ll receive your order in perfect condition, we use appropriate packaging to protect and store the products.
Our packaging meets a very high standard that satisfies the strictest safety measures required by express couriers around the world.

Shipping

At the conclusion of the order you will be given the choice between the standard shipment with Italian Post Office Posta1(italy only) and shipment tracked by the courier DHL.

Delivery

After 24 working hours (Monday to Friday excluding national holidays) from arrival, your order will be processed and your package will be prepared.

Depending on the shipping method you choose, we will deliver the package to The Italian Post office or the DHL courier.

For shipment made with Post Office Italiane: 80% of the orders are delivered within one business day after sending, the 98% within four working days after sending.

Shipping with DHL: shipping will be tracked, delivered in Italy within 1-2 business days after the collection. 4-5 business days in Europe.

If the time available to you is particularly limited, place your order by noon and contact us at 39 010 2471661, we will be concerned to speed up the process: in fact in many Italian locations orders placed by noon can be delivered by noon the next day.

The goods will be delivered to the address specified in the order. If the shipping address is different from your billing address, you can add a new address. If you want to receive an invoice, simply enter the VAT number and specify it in the notes. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays) according to normal business hours.

In case of non-delivery

For shipments made with Poste Italiane: we will provide you with the shipping code necessary to contact the post office.

For DHL courier shipping: If the recipient is not available at the indicated shipping address, the courier will leave a notification ticket of the attempted delivery. The ticket will also indicate the telephone number through which to contact the courier to set a new appointment: the customer can indicate a new date and a delivery time slot.

Refund

In case you need a refund this should be notified by email or telephone.

Costs.

The standard shipping service with Poste1 of Italian Post Office has a fixed cost of €4.90 (Italy only)

The DHL express and track service has a fixed cost of €8.00 for Italy, €15.00 for Europe, and €25.00 for the rest of the world.
